Besides our comprehensive Social compliance programs we also provide services ranging from training to special investigations covering labor law, human rights, freedom of association and environmental practices to mostly American and European clients.

ALGI is looking for a talented and motivated manager for a our Shanghai office!

Position Summary:
Manages and administrates ALGI business unit Keep close relation and direct control of the key customers to maximize the company earning.
Focus all the actions in preserving the client or scheme satisfaction.
Updates and maintain clients network.
Conducts negotiations and transactions, as well as reviewing and approving contracts arising from these activities in coordination with the top management Coordinates with operational and administrative areas to continue improving services.
Promotes the development of new services as well as new clients.
Performs market research and measure the strategic plan efficiency.
Coordinates with the Managing Director and other managers within the company.
Plan and control the business unit to contribute to the company’s business development.
Coordinates with all regions and managers within the company regarding human capital issues or activities.
Directs and controls the operation activities of the business unit, assuming the authority and responsibility for the work generated there.
Maintains a dynamic and active management coordinating with the various divisions in charge of operations and administration.
Prepares weekly reports.
Maintains high quality standard of ALGI services

Education: University degree or master degree in business administration, economics, engineering or subject related to company industry Must have Knowledge on: Commercial, auditing industry, English proficiency and Mandarin Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position
